These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Glam You mobile application ("App"), operated by Glam You ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Glam You Is (and Is Not)

Glam You allows users to:

  • browse reference makeup looks,
  • take a selfie,
  • receive an AI-generated preview of how a selected look may appear on their face,
  • save or share previews for personal use.

Glam You is:

  • a visual exploration tool
  • intended for inspiration and experimentation

Glam You is not:

  • professional beauty advice
  • a guarantee of real-world results
  • a product recommendation or purchasing service
  • a face recognition or identity verification system

All results are previews only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using Glam You, you confirm that:

  • you meet the age requirement
  • you are legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Glam You only for:

  • personal, non-commercial purposes
  • lawful activities

You agree not to:

  • upload images of other people without their consent
  • upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the App or its AI systems
  • use the App to harass, impersonate, or deceive others
  • use automated systems to access or abuse the service

We reserve the right to suspend or block access if misuse is detected.

4. User Content (Images)

4.1 Your Images

When you upload a selfie or generate a preview:

  • you retain ownership of your images
  • you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images solely to provide the App's functionality

This license:

  • is limited to operating and improving the App
  • does not allow us to sell or publicly distribute your images

4.2 Responsibility

You confirm that:

  • you have the right to upload the images you use
  • the images do not violate any laws or third-party rights

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses AI systems to generate visual previews.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated images may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic
  • results depend on lighting, angles, image quality, and model limitations
  • generated previews are not guaranteed to reflect real-world outcomes

You agree not to rely on generated images as factual or professional advice.

6. Saved Content & Sharing

You may save generated previews within the App.

You may share images externally at your discretion.

Once shared outside the App:

  • we are not responsible for third-party use or redistribution
  • you are responsible for how shared images are used

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including:

  • software
  • design
  • branding
  • logos
  • reference look curation

are owned by or licensed to Glam You.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App
  • use our branding without permission

8. Availability & Changes

We may:

  • update, modify, or discontinue features
  • temporarily suspend the App for maintenance
  • change these Terms when necessary

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of Glam You is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • what data we collect
  • how it is processed
  • how AI functionality works

Please review it carefully.

10. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including:

  • Render.com
  • Google Cloud Platform

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services beyond our control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • accuracy of AI-generated results
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Glam You shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Glam You shall not be liable for reliance on AI-generated previews
  • Glam You shall not be liable for loss of data, images, or content

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated
  • misuse or abuse is detected
  • required by law

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so by sending an email request to:

Your account deletion request will be processed within 3 (three) working days. Once processed, all your personal data, images, and saved content will be permanently deleted from our systems.
